COVID-19 NOTICE:


With concern for you our clients as well as our team we ask that you please keep your mask on at all times. No food or drinks are permitted inside. No additional guest that are not being served are permitted inside.

Cancellation Policy


All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file or deposit prior to future appointments.


LATE POLICY


Clients are asked to arrive to their appointments before their scheduled appointment time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while travelling to the salon. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the client will be given the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in, if the schedule permits, or rescheduled for a later date. This process will ensure clients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
